**Experienced IT Support Technician – Data Entry and Remote Access Specialist**

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with various teams to address framework-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as global deployments and redesigns, and contribute to the development of our IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answers client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Collaborates with various teams to address framework-related issues * Investigates and resolves demands using remote instruments * Records client interactions in episode management framework, including resource management * Recovers data from hard drives or performs data relocation * Upholds remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations * Installs and designs local and organization-based printers * Performs preventive maintenance * Works various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and is ready to come in case of an emergency and travel as required * Follows management direction, complying with IT strategy and policy * Performs other duties as mentioned * Ventures, as required **What You'll Need for Success** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation * 2 years of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving different PC workstation software and equipment issues * Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * A+ certification * MCSE/MCP is an or more * Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate * Familiarity with VPN networks and ability to investigate issues * Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment * Ability to lift at least 50 lbs **What You'll Get** Join the blithequark family and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
