Key Responsibilities As an IT Testing and Quality Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify gaps and communicate findings to stakeholders. Developing and maintaining workflow templates and best practice activities to support software quality control and assurance. Creating reporting solutions to provide project teams with critical metrics for measuring and managing test deliverables and processes. Establishing testing processes and guidelines for activities supported within the organization. Collaborating with project teams to ensure that established quality goals are being incorporated into business solutions. Providing support and guidance to application and process owners on software artifacts and processes. Developing and implementing software process improvements and efficiencies related to test activities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently. A strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices. Experience with software testing and quality control methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
