Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analysis and Insights Professional to join our Data Insights team, which supports all AT&T business segments. As a Lead Data Analysis, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that ensure accurate and timely seller compensation, achieving the organization's data sourcing, synchronization, and performance objectives across the business compensation technology stack. This is a remote-based position with a competitive salary range of $116,700 - $196,100, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Key Responsibilities Define and document technical requirements for data platform change requests approved by the Compensation Enablement leadership team Create data flow diagrams and process models to ensure seamless data integration and synchronization Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications to ensure data accuracy and integrity Conduct meetings with TechDev and Data Insights leads to ensure change requests are deployed on time with precision Analyze data using statistical methods and common analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.) to identify trends and develop insights that inform business decisions Create clear, factual, and compelling data visualizations and reports in areas such as commissions by channel, product, seller attributes, sales growth, customer attributes, geography, or other attributes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms At least 10 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility, with a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to create compelling and insightful reports Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies, with experience in data migration and integration Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Python, and other analytics tools, with experience in data modeling and data warehousing Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling reports and presentations Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with strong collaboration and project management skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At AT&T, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
