As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and operational oversight to ensure the effective management of data across our business units. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our risk management capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Data Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with Business Banking teams and executives to provide expert counsel on data management strategies and solutions * Coordinating data testing and validation activities with various stakeholders, including Business Bank Information, Review, Free Testing and Approval (ITV), and other teams * Identifying and resolving data-related issues and deserts in a timely and efficient manner * Leading remediation efforts with Business Banking teams to address administrative and review issues, as well as implementing restorative activities related to data * Overseeing the administration and oversight of all administrative data/reports and cycles delivered/submitted within Business Banking Operations * Ensuring the successful execution of Information Chance and Controls structure in association with Business Bank Information, CBO Satisfaction, Adjusting and Focal point of Value, Administrative Announcing (e.g., Regulators), and Business Controls * Partnering with CFO and Credit Chance associations to understand their information conditions and proactively develop solutions to meet their needs * Building and maintaining relationships with partners across Business Bank, CIB, Credit Hazard, Regulators, Business Controls, Information Management, and Innovation * Developing and implementing information procedures for Business Banking and coordinating them into ongoing process/innovation improvement programs * Providing guidance on Information Controls structure execution to handle proprietors to ensure consistency with Information Management strategy and methods * Advocating for Business Banking by closely observing and participating in the continued improvement of Business Information management arrangements and tools **Required Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in Information Management, Business Analysis, Investigation, Project Management, or a related field, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong understanding of risk management systems and processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information management concepts to various stakeholders * Proven leadership presence and ability to clarify information management ideas for all levels of the organization * Ability to persuade and influence lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment * Capacity to focus on a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment and continue to make steady progress * Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes **Desirable Capabilities** While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly desirable: * Discount Lending or Credit Risk experience * 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools * Certification in data management, business analysis, or a related field **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to your well-being, growth, and success.
