Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve retail operations Collaborate with global AI teams, scientists, and stakeholders to identify and lead new opportunities for data-driven innovation Develop and apply numerical and statistical hypothesis and techniques to create long-term predictive models Analyze large volumes of time-series data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithmic solutions using rich retail data sources Present clear and accurate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including peer scientists and leadership Develop and maintain large-scale implementations of machine learning models and algorithmic solutions Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, as well as significant experience in data science and machine learning.
