Job Overview: Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Specialist We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a licensed pharmacy technician to join our Customer Relations team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support Research and resolve customer concerns, partnering with field management, category managers, and other departments as needed Review and process incoming customer communications, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on company procedures, policies, and products, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information Utilize advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont, due to regulatory and licensing compliance requirements. Additionally, you must possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date. 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Call Center experience, with a focus on excellence in service delivery Bilingual Spanish skills What We Offer: At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our team members.
