Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will review and process incoming communications and respond to customers via phone or written communications. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting blithequark's purpose and values Research, respond to, or interpret company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our customer relations strategy Utilize advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, to efficiently manage customer interactions Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $31.30.
