As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home in select states, including Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers, responding to calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of the company's purpose and values * Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers * Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner * Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance * Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date * 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment * Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery * Bilingual Spanish **Education** * Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour * Pay range: $17.00 - $31.30 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Well-being programs, education assistance, and free development courses * CVS store discount and discount programs with participating partners * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
