As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through live chat channels. You will engage with customers in real-time, answering queries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional results. Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
