Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and professional support to our clients. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, ensuring that all queries are addressed efficiently and effectively. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring that all information is handled confidentially. Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records, adhering to established cash handling procedures and ensuring that all financial transactions are secure and compliant. Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services, building strong relationships with our clients, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience with data entry software and systems.
