Job Overview We are looking for a well-rounded individual with outstanding communication skills and a passion for excellence in customer service to fill the role of Live Chat Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations, providing timely and accurate responses, and connecting our site visitors with our practice-based professionals. Key Responsibilities Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time while providing timely and accurate responses Follow our lead journey process as applicable and collaborate with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals Focus on quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients Provide accurate information, including starting prices and other approved information, and qualify leads Assist with sales-related administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned Collaborate with our practice-based professionals to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce Typing speed of 60+ words per minute Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between) Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both) Previous experience in a remote work environment Knowledge of sales principles and practices Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing situations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
