Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless interactions with our site visitors. Your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule consultations, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts Managing multiple live chat conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer experiences Following our lead journey process to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion Focusing on both quantity and quality, responding to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients to address their questions and concerns Collaborating with Leadership and other teams as needed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals, and assisting with practice location efforts as required Providing accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, to prospective patients and qualifying leads to drive sales growth Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, ad hoc projects, and other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business objectives Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and drive sales conversions Typing speed of 60 words per minute, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions with site visitors Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, providing quick, accurate, and timely responses to ensure exceptional customer experiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time, with a willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing business needs Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
