Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in communications, business, or a related field. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, enabling you to craft clear, concise, and personalized responses to customer inquiries.
