Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, and a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at once without compromising quality or accuracy, and to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms, CRMs, or help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. A positive, customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic, with availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Preferred Skills While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Experience with live chat software or customer support platforms, with a strong understanding of their features and functionality. Knowledge of industry-specific tools or products, and/or technical troubleshooting experience, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work, and a strong ability to work independently.
