Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Provide accurate information regarding blithequark products, services, and policies, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings and their benefits. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns in real-time, offering effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Document and track customer interactions in our customer support system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors, following established protocols and procedures. Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone throughout all live chat interactions, reflecting the values and culture of blithequark. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, handling refunds, and other service-related requests, providing a seamless and supportive experience. Ensure timely responses and resolutions, meeting team performance and quality standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible assistance and support to our customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, and a strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a positive and patient attitude, and a passion for helping others. Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at once without compromising quality or accuracy, and to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms, CRMs, or help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. A positive, customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic, with availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Preferred Skills While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Experience with live chat software or customer support platforms, with a strong understanding of their features and functionality. Knowledge of industry-specific tools or products, and/or technical troubleshooting experience, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work, and a strong ability to work independently. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages), with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
