Designing and building robust records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Utilizing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth. Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems, ensuring that systems are optimized for performance and scalability. Powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, designing and developing software programs, testing and building automation tools to streamline processes and improve productivity. Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency, ensuring that processes are optimized for speed and accuracy. Collaborating with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
