Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our operations, working closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Your duties will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow information of voice of the customer methods and leveraging this information to outline and transform data within our cornerstone large data platform. Designing and building a sturdy records model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Allowing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree. Offering guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools. Proactively identifying and automating manual obligations to improve best practices and efficiency. Working closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, with a preference for those who have worked in similar positions. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate with customers. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with hands-on experience in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management. Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Familiarity with big data analytics and experience working with large data sets. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with experience using live chat tools and platforms.
