Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field being advantageous. Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous, enhancing your ability to communicate with diverse customer groups.
