Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional centric manner. Handle a high volume of customer chats, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. Perform administrative tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience, including updating customer records and processing requests. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Continuously monitor and improve your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
