You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries via email and live chat. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to ensure seamless use of Service Autopilot. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with our customers. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer concerns. Maintain a thorough understanding of Service Autopilot's features and functionality to provide expert guidance to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with stable internet connectivity.
