You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. With full training provided, you'll be able to hit the ground running and start making a difference from day one. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient way * Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions * Reliable internet connection and a device able to access online platforms * Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools * Knowledge of industry-specific products or services * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and adaptability skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
