Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Live Chat Support representatives to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers via live chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of blithequark's products and services Assist customers with product-related inquiries and order issues, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive customer experience Document customer interactions and feedback, using this information to improve our products and services and enhance the overall customer experience Collaborate with other blithequark teams to resolve complex issues, working together to find solutions that meet the customer's needs Maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products, services, and policies, staying up-to-date on new developments and changes in the industry Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via live chat Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Proficiency with computers and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools Prior customer service experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of the principles of customer service and the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Additional certifications in customer service, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Customer Service (CPCS) Experience working in a fast-paced, virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, with a strong understanding of the company's mission and values Educational Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional certifications in customer service a plus.
