Some of your key duties will include: Responding to customer inquiries through the chat widget on our website in a professional and courteous manner Assisting customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies, and providing them with relevant information and support Following established steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses Providing customers with accurate and helpful information, and escalating issues to senior team members when necessary Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, even in challenging situations Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a live chat support specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications.
