Key Responsibilities Extract remittances based on standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and productivity. Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, minimizing delays and maximizing output. Confirm equipment is operational, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks as required. Provide feedback on workflow and work received, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures. Review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: No degree is required; however, a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, ensuring high levels of quality in all aspects of your work. Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required, depending on the specific responsibilities of the role. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a related field, such as data entry, customer service, or banking.
