How You Will Make an Impact Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support. Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you through various media channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, embodying the values of blithequark. Act with integrity at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working diligently toward resolutions and utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate issues as necessary. Efficiently use all internal systems and resources, working independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures. Escalate any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance, showcasing your commitment to learning and growth. Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), enabling you to efficiently utilize our systems and tools. 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), providing a solid background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers, ensuring that you can provide exceptional support and build lasting relationships. A collaborative nature to work within assigned teams, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect. Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions, utilizing critical thinking and creativity. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all interactions are handled with precision and care. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, demonstrating your dedication to delivering outstanding service and support. Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and customers. Ability to multitask in the system while talking and meet deadlines (service level agreement responsiveness), managing multiple priorities with ease and efficiency. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it. Preferred qualifications include: 2+ years of customer service experience, providing an advanced level of expertise and knowledge in handling complex customer inquiries. Savvy computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), enabling you to leverage our systems and tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
