Impact:** * **Learn Specific Client Loyalty Program Guidelines:** Stay up-to-date on client loyalty program guidelines to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries. * **Answer Incoming Inquiries:** Respond to all incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner. * **Approach Each Day with a Positive, foundation in communication and customer service skills. * **Ability to Attend a 7-Week Training Program:** Attend a 7-week training program (remotely) with 100% attendance, demonstrating a commitment to learning and development. * **Basic Computer Knowledge:** Possess basic computer knowledge, with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * **1+ Year of Customer Service Experience:** Possess 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. * **Strong Customer Service Orientation:** Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, with a focus on external and internal customers. * **Collaborative Nature:** Possess a collaborative nature, working effectively within assigned teams to achieve common goals. * **Good Problem-Solving Ability:** Demonstrate good problem-solving ability, effectively guiding customers through solutions and resolving issues. * **High Level of
