Job Summary We're looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our Global Accounts team. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Account Management, you'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team that owns the customer lifecycle and ensures a seamless customer journey. Your expertise will drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach the Global Accounts team to achieve exceptional results Collaborate with the Enterprise Account Management team to hit and exceed quarterly goals Manage a team that delivers a seamless customer journey and owns the customer lifecycle Provide weekly reporting and forecasts to inform business decisions Conduct weekly coaching sessions with team members to drive positive change and retain top performers Establish and document processes to improve customer satisfaction, client retention, and revenue growth Coordinate with multiple internal teams to implement new policies and procedures Roll out sales business rules, practices, and policies consistently across your team Work with upper management to identify, organize, and execute training regimens for new hires and ongoing training Manage change, course correct, and respond to business problems effectively Inspire, mentor, and grow members of the Global Accounts team Travel up to 25% to support business needs Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of Account Management experience, managing large and complex client relationships 5+ years of Sales Management experience, leading high-performing teams Demonstrated experience forecasting revenue and managing sales performance Proven track record as a thought leader and subject matter expert in your field Experience using Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships and sales performance Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills A professional with a high level of integrity, representing the company in a professional manner Detail-oriented, organized, and expert in time management Preferred Qualifications To stand out in this role, you'll ideally have: Experience selling Recruitment Advertising and/or familiarity with performance-based advertising products Knowledge of Google Suite and its applications A proven history of leading an Account Management team to overachieve quota in a fast-paced environment What We Offer At ZipRecruiter, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: A competitive salary ($130,000+ per year) A generous bonus plan to reward your performance An employer-matched 401(k) plan to support your financial future A competitive benefits package that includes medical, financial, and other benefits Attractive paid time off policy with an open/flexible vacation policy Opportunities for advancement and career growth A fun and dynamic work environment that values work-life balance Career Growth Opportunities At ZipRecruiter, we're committed to helping you grow your career.
