As a Manager Investigations, Manager I, Know Your Customer (KYC), you'll be part of a diverse and dynamic team that's shaping the future of our industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Manager Investigations, Manager I, Know Your Customer (KYC), you'll be responsible for leading a team of investigators in a remote work setup. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Supervising, coordinating, and directing the activities of Remote Customer Operations (RCO) staff**: You'll provide leadership support to your team and manage them to achieve and constantly improve service levels based on forecast and capacity. * **Developing strategies based on data**: You'll analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. * **Balancing business needs and building great customer experiences**: You'll work cross-functionally with operations, risk management, and other teams to deliver compliant solutions to various Amazon Payments business units. * **Recommending and implementing changes to process and work methods**: You'll innovate and design new or improved processes to support business needs and drive growth. * **Identifying trends in team performance and recommending/ implementing change**: You'll analyze team performance and recommend changes to constantly raise performance levels. * **Implementing best-in-class processes and practices**: You'll maintain and exceed productivity, quality, and service level agreements. * **Analyzing key levers of the business**: You'll identify trends and proactively act to improve quality and efficiency. * **Recruiting top-quality investigators**: You'll attract and retain top talent to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. * **People Development**: You'll develop the career and skills of your investigator teams through continuous closure of performance feedback loops. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience**: You'll have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. * **2+ years of team management experience**: You'll have a proven track record of managing teams and driving performance improvement. * **Extensive relevant industry experience**: You'll have 4+ years of experience in operations, risk, fraud investigations, or a related field. * **Exceptional operational, managerial, analytical, and interpersonal skills**: You'll be a strong communicator, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * **Proven experience across the domain of Risk/ compliance Management & Fraud**: You'll have a track record of driving change and innovation in a risk/compliance management and fraud environment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Experience using data to influence business decisions**: You'll have a strong understanding of data analysis and its application in business decision-making. * **Consistent performance in leading people**: You'll have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. * **Operational, managerial, analytical, and interpersonal skills**: You'll have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Manager Investigations, Manager I, Know Your Customer (KYC) at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
