About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians Ensure medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's record Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures Monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission Perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned Demonstrate understanding necessary to assess, review, and apply criteria Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Compassionate and empathetic demeanor Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8gb of Ram Webcam, Noise Cancelling headset, 30mbps internet speed or above Dedicated place at home for work Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bilingual in Mandarin and English Experience working in a healthcare setting Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Certification in customer service or a related field What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Complimentary Medical Coverage Life & Disability Insurance Opportunities to work with diverse team members across countries and cultures Participation in clubs based on your hobbies and interests Career Growth Opportunities We believe in the growth and development of our employees and offer opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
