Our Originals Marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting our exclusive content, including TV series, films, and documentaries. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator, Originals Marketing. As a Coordinator at Hulu, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our Originals content. Job Summary The Coordinator, Originals Marketing will provide administrative support to the Marketing Lead and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Hulu Originals. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Marketing Lead in the development of Hulu Originals marketing campaigns, including launch strategy, key art and digital development, promotions, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are being met • Track budget and spend for originals marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget and on time • Collaborate with the Originals Marketing Lead to track the success of current and recent marketing campaigns, sharing results, key learnings, and insights that can be applied to future executions • Compile campaign launch recaps and assist in the development of various marketing presentations, including launch calendars, presentations, and best practice overviews • Maintain key Hulu marketing/campaign documents, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible • Work closely with multiple teams and individuals across the organization, including creative, media, and publicity teams, to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives Essential Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment or content marketing industry • Excellent project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly • Team player with a strong desire to interact with people at all management levels, including senior executives, creatives, and external partners • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices Preferred Qualifications • Agency and television/film experience, with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry and its marketing practices • Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation, with the ability to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and publicity teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns • Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and technologies, including social media, digital marketing, and content marketing Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Hulu, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The hiring range for this position is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
