About the Role This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering a flexible mix of remote and in-office work, with a 2/3 days on/off mix. As a Project Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Project Associate Duties: Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in the appropriate formats for both internal and external audits. Extracting and entering necessary information from and to hospital patient accounting systems, maintaining data integrity. Making phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain required patient information, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Running and creating reports, analyzing data to support project objectives. Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry tasks as needed by the recovery team, showcasing adaptability. Scanning and indexing documents, ensuring they are properly organized and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A strong background in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to learn new systems. Experience working with healthcare data or in a related field is highly desirable.
