Job Summary In this critical role, you will work closely with business process owners to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how to best utilize the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvements. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our India Development Center Team to design and configure solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Must have D365 Sales Implementation experience Minimum 2 years’ experience with D365/Power Platform architecture and Sales process/systems Analysis Key Responsibilities As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business System Analyst, your duties will include: Managing day-to-day support, enhancements, and projects across Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing applications Conducting routine governance calls with business and IT partners Providing support during US working hours with solid functional expertise in the Sales/Services/Marketing/PRM sector Managing monthly releases for Sales and Marketing business, including release management planning, testing strategy, and deployment of critical components Leading and analyzing key marketing and sales business requirements, designing solutions using appropriate architectural techniques and standards (Power Platform best practices and minimizing customizations) Working on proof-of-concepts to assess the viability of new business requirements Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Over 3 years of Dynamics CRM D365 Techno-Functional experience Experience working as a functional consultant in at least 1-2 Dynamics Sales implementations Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales and Marketing Ability to configure OOB features in CRM and translate business problems to functional requirements Ability to make fit-gap analysis and create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases Knowledge of Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM Integrations, best practices, and DevOps Demonstrated skills to explain the functional approach to technical teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
