About the Role As a Mid-Level Scrum Master at Workwarp, you'll be at the forefront of our Agile transformation, leading teams, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a remote-friendly position that requires at least 3 days of onsite collaboration per week, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and maintain transparency throughout the development process. Lead Scrum teams to enhance collaboration, promote healthy interactions, and drive project success. Mentor Junior Scrum Masters and act as an Agile Coach, guiding teams through Agile methodologies and best practices. Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to inform decision-making and drive team performance. Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure goals are met and address any impediments or challenges. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of implementing Agile techniques in diverse work cultures. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and drive project progress. Certification as a Scrum Master or higher (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent); scaled Agile certification (e.g., SAFe) is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications To stand out, you'll ideally have: Experience leading product-based delivery teams in a scaled Agile organization, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies. Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching teams within Agile frameworks, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
