Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Middle School 6/7 Catholic teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. As a classical education expert, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our students, helping them to develop a deep love of learning and a strong foundation in the Catholic faith. Key Responsibilities Teach Middle School 6/7 classes, including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and electives, using a classical education approach. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in classical education and Catholic teaching. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the values of our Catholic faith. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a Catholic school or classical education setting. Strong knowledge of classical education principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Education or a related field. Experience with online learning platforms and tools. Knowledge of Catholic theology and doctrine. Fluency in a second language.
