About the Role We are seeking an experienced and fluent Chinese-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional support via chats and emails, build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meet team KPIs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer happiness, working with cutting-edge technology, and securely handling sensitive customer information. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via live chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering a loyal community through outstanding service and support. Meet and exceed team KPIs, contributing to the overall success and growth of our customer support team. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer support processes and practices. Securely work with customers’ sensitive information, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality. Apply the latest customer happiness practices, continuously improving our support services to meet evolving customer needs. Maintain a working knowledge of our clients’ products and services, ensuring accurate and informed support. Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies, collaborating to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need: Native Chinese language skills and upper intermediate English (B2 level), enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base. At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech-related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support. Experience with live chats and emails, with the ability to adapt to our support platforms and tools. Interest in crypto or stock exchange, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments. Strong analytical and research skills, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. A positive and responsible attitude, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding support. A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), ensuring reliable remote work capabilities. A Great Plus: The following skills and experiences will be considered a great plus: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, with the ability to adapt to our support tools and platforms. Experience in crypto/finance, with a deep understanding of industry trends and developments. Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk, with the ability to leverage these platforms to improve customer support processes.
