About the Role We are seeking an experienced and fluent Chinese-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional support via chats and emails, build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meet team KPIs. What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need: Native Chinese language skills and upper intermediate English (B2 level), enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base. At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech-related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support. Experience with live chats and emails, with the ability to adapt to our support platforms and tools. Interest in crypto or stock exchange, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments. Strong analytical and research skills, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. A positive and responsible attitude, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding support. A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), ensuring reliable remote work capabilities. A Great Plus: The following skills and experiences will be considered a great plus: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, with the ability to adapt to our support tools and platforms. Experience in crypto/finance, with a deep understanding of industry trends and developments.
