Job Summary As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and guidance on billing-related questions, system capabilities, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, emails, and cases, as well as educating customers on our services and software. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests, providing clear and concise explanations and resolutions Educate customers on our services and software, answering general questions and providing tailored support and guidance Coordinate with subcontractor technicians to schedule installations and maintenance, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery Conduct standardized troubleshooting of user-reported issues with our software and hardware, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex problems Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with our procedures and policies Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in all customer interactions Take the extra mile to engage customers, build strong relationships, and drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction Participate in additional ad-hoc tasks and projects, aligning with business needs and contributing to the growth and success of our team Requirements To succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
