Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries Provide technical and non-technical assistance to clients, resolving issues and delivering satisfying solutions Treat customers with respect, following blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and continuously improve our support services Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2) Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not essential, as training and coaching will be provided) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working with technical products or services Knowledge of customer service software and tools Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities A strong customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
