Job Overview As a Client Support Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the primary liaison for record labels and DSP partners using our software for music distribution and royalty management. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital releases sent to DSPs like Spotify, Apple Music, and more. Engaging with arenaflex's wide array of products and services, making this role a prime launchpad for a successful career in the music-tech industry. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall client satisfaction. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the music distribution process and arenaflex's software solutions. Providing exceptional customer support to clients and partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Who You Are You are a music enthusiast with a passion for the online music ecosystem. Additionally, you possess: Experience with classical music, either through playing an instrument or managing classical metadata. A customer-centric mindset with keen attention to detail. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Strong international communication skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
