Your key responsibilities will include: Entering customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits, ensuring adherence to deadlines and data quality standards. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, applying your attention to detail and organizational skills. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to guarantee the highest level of data integrity. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating your ability to problem-solve and follow through on tasks. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, utilizing office equipment efficiently and addressing any malfunctions promptly. Maintaining the confidentiality of information, upholding blithequark's commitment to data security and privacy. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven data entry work experience, either as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar position such as an Office Clerk, demonstrating your ability to work accurately and efficiently with data. Experience with MS Office and data programs, showcasing your proficiency in using technology to manage and analyze data. Familiarity with administrative duties, including the use of office equipment like fax machines and scanners, highlighting your adaptability and practical skills. Typing speed and accuracy, with excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, ensuring the quality of your work.
