Key Responsibilities Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team or stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists, utilizing industry-standard tools and software. Produce high-quality drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing steering committee meetings, effectively communicating complex data insights. Collaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence, including move and relocation sequencing and execution, to drive project delivery. Attend client meetings, draft meeting minutes, and acquire approvals to proceed when required, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enter and maintain occupancy data within the system of record, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends in general business conditions, providing actionable insights to inform client decisions. Conduct interviews and discussions with clients to capture, coordinate, and synthesize project requirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues. Partner with Architectural Vendors and Project Management to investigate code requirements and city or county permits when moving or reconfiguring office space. Facilitate post-occupancy support and reviews to ensure deliverables were executed and client expectations were met, driving continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Occupancy Planner with CBRE, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent skills and knowledge. Up to 3 years of relevant experience in occupancy planning, space management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Proficiency with AutoCAD and experience with test fits, as well as scenario planning and data analysis. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills, with a curious and inquisitive mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Intermediate math skills, with the ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field. Additional experience with industry-specific software and tools, such as space planning and management systems. Compensation and Benefits CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Occupancy Planner role is $85,000 annually, with a maximum of $100,000 annually.
