Benefits of Working with arenaflex Flexible work schedule, including the option to work from home Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to join an award-winning team with a strong reputation for customer service Access to free uniforms Potential for career growth and advancement within the organization Job Responsibilities As an Office Assistant and Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders Interacting with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, and other concerns Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services Tracking customer information and maintaining records in our Customer Relationship Management System Scheduling and delegating work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed Executing daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables Managing office supplies and addressing office-related malfunctions or requests Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A college degree preferred or equivalent business experience 3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back-office activities Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Knowledge of the swimming pool industry Experience with customer relationship software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
