Job Summary As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers through online channels such as chat and email. You will assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, while also providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries. Assist passengers with booking and reservations , ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements , helping passengers to plan their journey with ease. Address and resolve customer concerns , escalating issues when necessary to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working together as a team to achieve our goals. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience , preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues alike. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze problems and find solutions. Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus, but not essential, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Availability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service during peak periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems used in customer service. Knowledge of airline industry regulations and policies , including those related to passenger rights and baggage handling. Multilingual skills , with the ability to communicate with passengers in multiple languages.
