We are people helping people. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Member Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat from a non-member facing call center environment. Your primary goal will be to respond to member financial inquiries, uncover opportunities, and recommend appropriate financial solutions to help maintain the member's relationship with arenaflex.
