Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, providing personalized support and solutions. Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing recommendations to customers. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the success of the customer service team. Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the development of process improvements.
