Key Responsibilities Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues. Build strong relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting interest in arenaflex products and services. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, providing personalized support and solutions. Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing recommendations to customers. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the success of the customer service team. Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the development of process improvements. Essential Qualifications Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs, providing personalized support and solutions. Ability to multi-task, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Solid sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and provide recommendations to customers. Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with a high level of proficiency in computer applications and software. Preferred Qualifications Contact Center background, with experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
