You'll be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone, and for resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers, and for collaborating with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. **Responsibilities** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. * Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers. * Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the arenaflex brand to customers. * Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on customer inquiries. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. * Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. * Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills are essential for dealing with a variety of customer personalities. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services. * Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. * Certification in customer service or a related field. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
