Job Overview In this key position, you will be the primary point of contact for our online careseekers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the caregiver hiring process. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for both careseekers and caregivers, from creating profiles to facilitating interviews, scheduling, hiring, and payroll. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for online careseekers, responding to inquiries, and providing support via phone, email, and chat Understand the complete caregiver hiring process, including creating careseeker profiles, matching caregivers with careseekers, and facilitating interviews, scheduling, hiring, and payroll Utilize online software tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and document actions and next steps Initiate customer contact and follow-ups, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer support and sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with careseekers and caregivers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach Analyze customer feedback and concerns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of customer support, sales, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support, with a proven track record of success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer complaints and concerns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines Proficiency in online software tools, including CRM systems, help desk software, and social media platforms Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies A strong attention to detail, with the ability to document actions and next steps accurately and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or caregiver recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space Knowledge of online marketing and sales strategies, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising Certification in customer support or sales, such as a CSP or CSS designation Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to support a diverse client base Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
