About Our Company and the Role Workwarp is at the forefront of product testing and development, partnering with market research firms to conduct In-Home Usage Tests (IHUT) that provide real-time user feedback. As an Online Product Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these projects by providing detailed and honest feedback on the products you test. Our company values flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills, making this role ideal for those who are self-motivated and enjoy working independently. Key Responsibilities Documenting Product Tests: Properly document your experience with the products as per the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include taking screenshots, making audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries. Product Care and Usage: Take care of the products being tested and use them responsibly, adhering to the instructions provided. Following Test Schedules: Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, which may include unpacking products, reading instructions, making journal entries, providing online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews. Utilizing Testing Technology: For some projects, you may be required to use MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights. Participating in Discussions: Occasionally, you may be required to participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the products being tested. Writing Reviews: Write detailed reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project. Essential Qualifications and Skills Ability to Follow Instructions: You should be able to follow specific instructions accurately and efficiently. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit are essential for providing valuable insights. Time Commitment: You should be able to commit 15-25 hours per week and maintain a certain routine. Technical Requirements: Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures. Reliability and Honesty: Being honest and reliable is crucial for the success of our projects. Good Communication Skills: While not mandatory, good communication skills are an asset for effectively expressing your opinions and feedback. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to apply.
