**Experienced Operations Manager – Office Administration and IT Support**

We also work with policymakers and partners to share the impact of community health centers in their communities and advance policy to improve patients' lives and the capacity of community health centers to serve them. **About the Role** As an Operations Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for advancing operational capacities, including development and execution of operational plans, crisis preparedness plans, and project management. This role will oversee the IT infrastructure system and execution, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will work closely with the Agent Chief and the HR Sr. Supervisor as part of the Operations team to maintain, refine, and develop internal system functionalities, including organizational goal achievement, extensive data technology (IT), internal operations projects, and overall office management. **Responsibilities** * Direct and manage the daily aspects of the office, including but not limited to: + Answering and responding to messages on blithequark phones + Welcoming guests, opening and distributing mail, handling office requests, preparing bank deposits, organizing weekly bank runs to deposit funds, ensuring checks are bundled and delivered as soon as possible * Oversee all-encompassing maintenance, upgrades, and space planning to ensure optimal efficiency of the office * Act as primary contact for all office and building matters, including but not limited to: + Support issues, reviews, backup systems, procurement and inventory of equipment, furniture, office supplies, computers, and other technology * Manage all common systems, including shared contacts, distribution records, cloud-based platforms like Monday.com, Adobe, Amazon Business, VoIP, Keeper Security, HR Data System, Zoom, and all connected written procedures * Oversee IT needs of the organization, including but not limited to: + Investigating and communicating with IT vendor for network support; ensuring IT meets industry standards; managing equipment and software needs, including installation; assessing technology activities according to established objectives; establishing IT policies and systems; working cooperatively with management and staff to ensure a productively working, innovative technical workplace; analyzing business requirements, overall, to determine their technology needs; assisting with planning future upgrades * Provide task direction to all new employees, including employee presentations, office visits, technology onboarding, sharing of systems and practices, and a review of blithequark's office activities to facilitate a welcoming onboarding process * Work with and offer strategic support for internal staff events, including the monthly blithequark Workforce meeting and weekly standup, and provides backup technical and strategic support for external events, meetings, and online courses as needed * Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information both internally and externally * Works closely with the Agent Chief on blithequark's risk management and compliance **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Proficiency with moderate degree of capability; generally requires a four-year certification as well as at least three years' experience or equivalent training * Familiarity with written and spoken English required * Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail * Ability to self-direct, focus on tasks, and work on multiple projects * Ability to work independently and step up, and make autonomous, informed decisions * An enthusiasm for learning and development outlook * Adaptability with strong logical and critical thinking skills * High-level IT, HRIS, and database knowledge; solid computer skills, including proficiency with O365 Organization, Meetings, SharePoint, and Groups, and MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Ability to function well in a professional yet fun team environment, including respect for diverse styles and personalities, enthusiasm for collaboration, communication, and celebration * Experience and knowledge in change management (critical training, execution, communication) * Discretionary and sensitive to maintaining confidentiality, as necessary * Fantastic written and oral communication skills, both casual and formal communications, including listening, speaking, writing, and facilitation of conversations where diverse opinions exist;
