Your primary objective will be to drive the success of these sites through effective leadership, process improvement, and customer-centric initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sites offer the best possible experience for our customers and provide your team with the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of Site Chiefs, Managers, and Operations Partners in 2-4 DashMart locations * Own the day-to-day operations of the sites, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and securely * Plan, build, and execute process improvement initiatives to drive functional efficiencies and customer experience * Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure that our sites offer the best possible experience for our customers * Develop and implement strategies to drive site performance and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and policies **We're Looking for Someone Who** * Tackles problems from first principles and is not afraid to think outside the box * Is comfortable with ambiguity and is excited about learning and growth * Is data-driven and uses data to inform decision-making * Is a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results * Has a customer-centric approach and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Has a strong understanding of operations and customer service principles * Has experience leading and managing teams of 15+ people * Has a proven track record of driving process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience starting or scaling an effective startup * Functional experience in operations, customer service, or a related field * Experience building and leading high-performing teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives **Compensation and Benefits** The base salary range for this position is $35-45 per year, depending on location and experience. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid parental leave, and a range of other benefits.
