The Operations Process Manager role is a critical component of this team, responsible for managing store operations processes, driving project initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Job Summary The Operations Process Manager will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvements that support the needs of stores and the field. This will involve partnering with the Operations Strategy Team and other stakeholders to drive major process improvement initiatives, providing input and resources, and managing day-to-day processes related to areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations, retail, and/or field experience, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes, adding value to the stores' bottom line and driving business growth. Manage and drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements, creating and maintaining project work plans and ensuring successful execution. Manage issues and roadblocks that arise related to areas of responsibility, responding proactively to unanticipated store needs and managing action steps necessary for successful execution. Communicate effectively and build strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout arenaflex, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed. Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/business, competitive landscape, and consumer data, providing guidance and training specific to areas of expertise. Maintain a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations, demonstrating proficiency and understanding of specific processes and collaborating findings from data to make verbal/written recommendations. Responsible for the selection, terminations, performance appraisal, and professional development of support team members (Business Analysts), providing leadership and guidance to ensure the success of the team. Leadership and Management The Operations Process Manager will have direct and indirect reports, typically including 2-5 Business Analysts. The successful candidate will be required to direct and review the work of others, assign tasks and priorities, and determine the best course of action to achieve business objectives. This will involve frequent persuasion or influencing of others, as well as the ability to analyze situations, make conclusions, and consider multiple options or procedures when solving problems. Travel and Physical Requirements The Operations Process Manager role requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, with most time spent sitting in a comfortable position and frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. The role is located in a comfortable indoor area, with any unpleasant conditions being infrequent and not objectionable. Qualifications and Education To be considered for the Operations Process Manager role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job. Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, with preferred experience in retail or process management in a related area. Preferred qualifications include PMI certification, strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge, leadership and management experience, and strong operations, retail, and/or field experience.
