As a key member of our team, the Operations Process Manager will play a critical role in managing store operations processes, driving projects focused on process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive major process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes, adding value to the stores' bottom line and driving business growth. Manage and drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage day-to-day processes related to your areas of responsibility, creating and maintaining project work plans and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Manage issues and roadblocks that arise related to your area of responsibility, responding proactively to unanticipated store needs and ensuring that all problems are resolved quickly and effectively. Communicate effectively and build strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout arenaflex, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/business, competitive landscape, consumer data, and other relevant factors, providing actionable insights that drive business growth and improvement. Provide guidance and training specific to your area of expertise, assisting in collaborating findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations, and demonstrating proficiency and understanding of specific processes. Maintain a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensuring that all processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives. Responsible for the appropriate selection, terminations, performance appraisal, and professional development of support team members (Business Analysts), ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. Direct Manager/Direct Reports In this role, you will have direct and indirect reports, typically including 2-5 Business Analysts. You will be responsible for assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently. You will also be required to persuade or influence others, both within and outside of your team, to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements. Travel Requirements This role requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, providing you with the opportunity to work remotely and flexibly, while also allowing for occasional travel to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth. Physical Requirements Most of your time will be spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may be required to move or lift light articles, but this will be infrequent and not objectionable. Working Conditions You will be working in a comfortable indoor area, with any unpleasant conditions being infrequent and not objectionable. However, you will be under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and/or regularly deal with difficult situations, requiring you to be resilient, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, with preferred experience in retail or process management in a related area. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job, with a strong foundation in business, operations, and/or retail. Preferred Qualifications PMI certification is preferred, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in project management and process improvement. 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area is preferred, providing you with a strong understanding of store operations and the ability to drive process improvements. Leadership and management experience is preferred, with a strong ability to partner and communicate effectively with the field/stores and throughout arenaflex. Skills and Competencies Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge for your area of responsibility, with a deep understanding of operations, retail, and/or field experience. Strong big-picture and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize business operations.
